Full Paper (論文)

１．応募資格
筆頭著者は本会の正会員(個人) または準会員であること。

２．論文内容
(1) 建築、都市、環境関連をテーマとし、情報システムの分野からアプローチしたオリジナルで学術的、技術的価値の高い内容であり、理論的または実証的な記述による目的、方法、考察、結論などから構成されていること。
(2) 未発表のものとするが、本会大会学術講演会、支部研究発表会などで発表したものは、その限りでない。

３．執筆要領
(1) 執筆の書式を使用する。 [ Word ] [ PDF ]
(2) 原稿は6 ページ（本文5 ページ、梗概1 ページ）とする。本文が和文のときは、梗概は英文とし、その逆も可。

４．日程
(1) 〆切：2018年7月13日(金) 　電子投稿サイト (最終原稿提出用)
a) 下記の情報を電子投稿サイトに入力した上で、PDFファイルの原稿を投稿する。

  • 論文タイトル
  • カテゴリー（3 つ以内）
  • キーワード（3～ 6 個）
  • 著者名（本会会員番号）
  • 発表者
  • 所属
  • 連絡先

(2) 査 読：9 月中旬までに査読結果を報告する。
(3) 最終提出：2018年10月5日(金) までに最終原稿をPDFファイルで 電子投稿サイトに投稿する。ファイルサイズは4MB以下とする。
(4) 採 否：情報システムシンポジウム論文WG にて決定する。
(5) 論文の査読が受理された著者は、最終原稿提出時に、修正内容一覧表を最終原稿と共に作成して、.zipファイルにより1つのファイルにまとめた上で提出する。 [ Word ]

５．発表要領
(1) 発表には、PC プロジェクター等を使用する。
(2) 発表時間は1 題あたり15～20分を予定。

６．著作権等ならびに電子形態による公開
(1) 著作権は著者に属し、本会は編集出版権をもつ。
(2) プログラムやソフトウェアを使用する場合、ならびに他の著作物等を引用・転載する場合は、版権上の問題が生じないよう注意し、必要な場合は著者の責任で処理すること。
(3) 当シンポジウムに発表された論文について、本会および本会が許諾したウェブサイトからの全ページ公開を認めること。

７．注意事項など
(1) DVD-ROM掲載ならびに発表にあたっては、情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウム参加費［資料あり］を支払う必要がある。
(2) 否とされた論文を報告に変更することは可能とする。

1. Author
The first author should be an AIJ regular member or student member (for undergraduate student).

2. Contents
1) A full paper should clearly describe the research background, objective, methodology, result and conclusion related to digital applications, computational methods and Information technologies for architecture, building, urban and environmental design/engineering field.
2) A full paper should be original and unpublished. Meanwhile, published papers without review process such as annual meeting of Architectural Institute of Japan can be submitted.

3. Format
1) Use DOC/PDF template. [ Word ] [ PDF ]
2) A full paper should be 6 pages: 5 pages for body, 1 pages for abstract.

4. Important Dates
1) Submission deadline: July 13, 2018  Camera-ready Submission
a) Submit the information below and your manuscript (pdf) via openconf.

  • Paper title
  • Category (Pick up within three.)
  • Keywords (3 – 6)
  • Authors list (Describe AIJ member’s ID for AIJ members. Mark up the presenter.)
  • Affiliation
  • Contact information (E-mail)

2) Notification of full paper acceptance
Middle of September 2018

3) Deadline for camera-ready full papers
Submit final version of full paper by 5 October 2018 via Openconf.
Format: PDF (less than 4MB)
The authors who are accepted your full paper should submit both final camera-ready copy (pdf)  and “Table of Revisions” file (doc -> pdf) by zip file at Camera-ready Submission by 5 October. [ Word ]

4) Final decision
Paper Selection Committee will decide.

5. Presentation
1) The author(s) should attend and present their paper using PC and projector etc.
2) Each presentation time will be 15 – 20 minutes.

6. Copyrights
1) Copyright belongs to the author(s). Editorial and publication rights belong to AIJ.
2) Author(s) has a responsibility to get permission of all the copyright when they use/cite software and copyrighted works of other authors if necessary.
3) Author(s) should allow their paper of full pages to open on AIJ website and other websites AIJ permitted.

7. Others
1) At least one author who will publish one’s accepted paper have to pay one’s registration fee with proceedings DVD.
2) The rejected full paper can be submitted as the short paper after modification.
