新設されたインタラクティブ発表の募集を10月24日一杯まで延長することになりましたので、ご案内させて頂きます。初年度ということもあり、どのような内容の発表を募集しているか十分に伝わっていない可能性を勘案したためです。
ぜひ応募をご検討、並びに、周知をお願いできれば幸いです。

下記は具体的な募集例となります。
◆研究開発のポスタープレゼン
情報化時代の研究発表会の醍醐味であるディスカッション・コミュニケーションの時間を多くとりたい、オーラルではまだ発表しづらい、論文・報告の投稿〆切後に新たな研究開発成果が得られた、などのケース。

◆IoTやxRやRoboticsの実機を使ったデモプレゼン
スライドだけのオーラルよりも実機を使ったプレゼンの方が、ディスカッション・コミュニケーションがスムーズに行える、などのケース。
　
◆デジタルファブリケーションの制作物の展示プレゼン
スライドだけのオーラルよりも成果の物を見る・体験して貰った方が、ディスカッション・コミュニケーションがスムーズに行える、などのケース。

◆コンピューテショナルデザインを使った作品プレゼン
建築情報学の応用事例を示すような実務プロジェクトや学生作品、などのケース。

但し、著しく商品の宣伝に偏るもの（題目に購入可能な商品名が入っている）、シンポジウム主旨からかけ離れていると判断されたものはご発表頂けない場合がありますのでご注意ください。

Camera-ready Interactive Presentation Paper Submission
The following are examples of the interactive presentation, but not limited to:
◆ Poster Presentation for your Research & Development
Authors who want to take much time for discussion and communication with the audience, and who feel difficult to present by regular oral slides are suitable. Also, authors who have obtained new research and development results after the deadline for submission of full and short papers.

◆ Demonstration Using Actual Devices and Systems of IoT, xR, and Robotics
Authors can make discussions and communication more smoothly with presentations using actual devices than oral slides only.

◆ Presentation of Digital Fabrication Products
Authors can make discussions and communication more smoothly with digital fabrication deliverables than oral slides only.

◆ Computational Design Work
Authors of practical projects and student work using a computational design that shows application examples of architectural informatics.

The content in a paper should be neutral. If the content is biased towards commercialism or highly promotional colors, it may be rejected at the discretion of the paper selection committee. In particular, avoid using product names and organization names to titles and subtitles.

第42回情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウムは、今年度よりインタラクティブ発表（ポスター、デモ、もしくはその両方）を募集いたします。ふるってご応募ください。
原稿は、別途募集を行う「論文」と「報告」と同様、DVD-ROMで配布します。原稿は電子投稿となります。カラー利用の制約はありません。また、論文・報告を合わせて、同一発表者での投稿は2件までとします。 申込〆切は10月4日（金）となります。
詳細：Interactive Presentation（インタラクティブ発表）

AIJISA starts the interactive presentation session from this year. The manuscript will be distributed on DVD-ROM as well as full and short papers. The author(s) use the electronic submission system for their application and paper submission. There are no color restrictions. In addition, up to two submissions by the same first author is accepted including full and short papers. The submission deadline is Oct. 4 (Submission system will open on September 25).

日本建築学会 情報・システム・利用・技術シンポジウムでは、本年度より、若手優秀発表賞の選考を実施いたします。受賞資格者は、建築学会会員で発表当日30歳未満の方です。但し、学生の方は30歳以上の方も対象となります（前年度までに同賞を授与された方は選考対象外です）。詳しくは下記をご確認ください。

In order to acknowledge and encourage research on computer-based information technology in architectural engineering, the AIJISA Young Presentation Award starts from this year. Young researchers or students who meet the following criteria may participate.

• AIJ member
• Under 30 years of age on the day of his or her oral presentation at AIJISA (AIJ Members aged 30 years or above may participate provided they are students.)
• Not a past winner

AIJISA 2019 invites original research and technical papers to foster architecture/urban planning, design, construction and management field, and to improve qualities of design and engineering. Papers are categorized two: Full paper and a short paper. All the accepted papers are included in conference proceedings (DVD-ROM). The formats of full and short papers have been changed this year.
