参加費

（1）資料あり参加費（資料はDVD）

  • 建築学会 会員　　8,000円
  • 建築学会 会員外　9,000円
  • 学生　　　　　　 5,000円

（2）資料なし参加費

  • 建築学会 会員　　3,000円
  • 建築学会 会員外　4,000円
  • 学生　　　　　　 1,000円
  • 会期中一度のお支払いで、両日とも参加が可能です。
  • 上記参加区分（1）（2）ともに、全プログラムへの参加が可能です。
  • 発表者の方は参加区分（1）の参加費をお支払いください。
  • 定員　200名（事前申込者優先。定員に達しない場合の当日申込みは会場先着順となります）
  • 「資料あり参加」にて事前にお申込み頂いた方には、情報シンポ開催3日前を目処にご登録頂いたメールアドレスに資料を送付いたします。
  • 今年は、情報シンポ2019特製カンファレンスバッグを会場先着順にて配布します（資料あり参加（DVD購入）の方のみ）。

（3）懇親会

  • 日時　2019年12月12日（木） 18:00～20:00
  • 会場　日比谷Bar 三田店（東京都港区芝5-23-6, http://www.hibiya-bar.com/mita）
  • 会費（シンポ参加費とは別）　一般 4,000円，学生3,000円
  • 定員　60名　下記の優先順で受付させて頂きます。
  1. 事前参加申込フォームで申し込まれた発表者・連名者・関係者
  2. 事前参加申込フォームで申し込まれた一般の方・懇親会のみ参加の方。
  3. 当日会場の申込み順（事前申込で定員に達しない場合）

事前参加申込サイト (2019/11/4-12/2)

  • 事前参加申込フォームにアクセスの上、事前参加登録をお願いします。 お支払いは情報シンポ当日、会場受付でお願いします（現金のみ）。
  • 事前登録の流れは以下の通りです。
  1. お申込者の氏名、E-mailアドレス、所属、シンポジウム参加区分、今後の情報配信希望の有無、情報シンポ参加回数
  2. シンポジウム参加区分、懇親会の参加有無
  3. 「Submit」ボタンをクリック、登録完了

Registration fees

1) Registration fee with proceedings DVD

  • AIJ member JPY 8000
  • AIJ nonmember JPY 9000
  • Student JPY 5000 (Bring your Student ID Card)

2) Registration fee without proceedings DVD

  • AIJ member JPY 3000
  • AIJ nonmember JPY 4000
  • Student JPY 1000 (Bring your Student ID Card)
  • You may this symposium for two days by registration and payment above.
  • Both participants of “1) Registration fee with proceedings DVD” and “2) Registration fee without proceedings DVD” can participate in all the programs.
  • At least one presenter must pay by selecting “1) Registration fee with proceedings DVD”.
  • Capacity: 200 persons (Prior online applicants will be given priority. The onsite applicants will be seated on a first-come-first-served basis when seats still remain after preliminary application)
  • Prior online applicants who registered by “1) Registration fee with proceedings DVD” will receive the electric proceedings to the registered e-mail before the symposium.
  • AIJISA 2019 original tote bag will be given on a first-come-first-served basis (Registrants with proceedings DVD only).

3) Social gathering

  • Date: 12 December 2019 18:00-20:00
  • Venue: Hibiya Bar Mita-ten (5-23-6, Shiba, Minato-ku, 108-0014, Tokyo, http://www.hibiya-bar.com/mita)
  • Fee: Regular JPY4,000; Student JPY3,000
  • Capacity: 60 persons (Priority list below)
  1. AIJISA 2019 Paper presenter, Co-author etc. who registered by online registration site.
  2. AIJISA 2019 Participants who registered by online registration site.
  3. If participants by No.1 and 2 does not reach the capacity, it will be the order of application at the AIJISA 2019 reception desk.

Online Registration (Nov. 4 – Dec. 2, 2019)

  • Please register from the AIJISA 2019 online registration form. Please pay your participation fee and social gathering fee at the reception desk on the symposium day (No credit card, JPY cash only). 
  • Below is the flow to register.
  1. Input your Name, E-mail address, Affiliation, Registration category, and Select Information service about AIJISA by e-mail and How many times have you participated in AIJISA including this year?
  2. Select Registration category and Attendance of Social gathering
  3. Click “Submit” button to finish.
