論文応募要領
１．応募資格
筆頭著者は本会の正会員（個人）または準会員であること。
２．論文内容
(1) 建築，都市，環境関連をテーマとし，情報システムの分野からアプローチしたオリジナルで学術的，技術的価値の高い内容であり，理論的または実証的な記述による目的，方法，考察，結論などから構成されていること。
(2) 査読付きの論文や国際会議論文にて発表済み，もしくは投稿中ではない未発表の論文に限る。内容が既発表の査読付き論文や国際会議論文と大幅に類似している場合は不採用とすることがある。
(3) 査読がない口頭発表等の内容であれば，既発表のものでも投稿可。
３．執筆要領
(1) ホームページに執筆の書式を掲載する （ [ WORD ] [ PDF ] ）。
(2) 原稿はA4判6ページとする。本文が和文のときは，要旨は英文とし，その逆も可。
４．日程
(1) 提 出：2024年6月28日(金)までに，以下の情報［❶論文タイトル，❷全著者(学会会員番号，氏名，所属，Eメール)，❸連絡先著者，❹カテゴリー（1つ），❺キーワード（3～6個），❻パスワード，❼小委員会企画への登録（該当する場合）］を[ 電子投稿サイト(OpenConf) ] に入力したうえで，PDFファイルの原稿を投稿する（6月24日より受付開始）。
(2) 査 読：9月上旬までに査読結果を報告する。
(3) 最終提出：9月20日(金)までに最終原稿（PDFファイル）及び修正内容一覧表（ [ WORD ] [ PDF ] ）を，zipファイルにより1つのファイルにまとめた上で提出する。ファイルサイズは 4MB以下とする。
(4) 採 否：情報システムシンポジウム論文WGにて決定する。
５．発表要領
(1) 発表には，PCプロジェクター等を使用する。
(2) 発表時間は1題あたり15～20分を予定。
６．著作権等ならびに電子形態による公開
(1) 著作権は著者に属し，本会は編集出版権をもつ。
(2) プログラムやソフトウェアを使用する場合，ならびに他の著作物等を引用・転載する場合は，版権上の問題が生じないよう注意し，必要な場合は著者の責任で処理すること。
(3) 当シンポジウムに発表された論文について，本会および本会が許諾したウェブサイトからの全ページ公開を認めること。
７．注意事項など
(1) プロシーディングス掲載ならびに発表にあたっては，筆頭著者は情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウム参加費［資料あり］を支払う必要がある。
(2) 否とされた論文を報告に変更することは可能とする。
(3) Chat GPT等大規模言語モデル（LLM）使用による文章掲載の場合は，“引用”として明記すること。
1. Author
The first author must be an AIJ regular member or student member (for undergraduate students) before full paper submission.

2. Contents
(1) A full paper should clearly describe the research background, objective, methodology, result and conclusion related to digital applications, computational methods and Information technologies for architecture, building, urban and environmental design/engineering field.
(2) A full paper must be original and unpublished. Meanwhile, published papers without review process such as the annual meeting of the Architectural Institute of Japan can be submitted.
(3)Previously published papers is acceptable as long as they are oral presentations or other contents that are non-refereed.
3. Format
(1) Use the DOC/PDF template. [ WORD ] [ PDF ]
(2) A full paper must be 6 pages.
4. Important Dates
(1) Submission deadline: June 28, 2024
a) Submit the information below and your manuscript (pdf) via [ OpenConf-website ] (Open from June 24).

(2) Notification of full paper acceptance

(3) Deadline for camera-ready full papers
Submit the final version of full paper by Sep 20 via Openconf.
Format: PDF (less than 4MB)
The authors who are accepted your full paper must submit both final camera-ready copy (pdf) and “Table of Revisions” file (doc -> pdf) by zip file at Camera-ready Submission by Sep 20. [ WORD ] [ PDF ]
(4) Final decision
Paper Selection Committee will decide.
5. Presentation
(1) The author(s) should attend and present their paper using PC and projector etc.
(2) Each presentation time will be 15 – 20 minutes.
6. Copyrights
(1) Copyright belongs to the author(s). Editorial and publication rights belong to AIJ.
(2) Author(s) has a responsibility to get the permission of all the copyright when they use/cite software and copyrighted works of other authors if necessary.
(3) Author(s) should allow their paper of full pages to open on AIJ website and other websites AIJ permitted.
7. Others
(1) At least one author who will publish one’s accepted paper has to pay one’s registration fee with proceedings.
(2) The rejected full paper can be submitted as the short paper after modification.
(3) If the text is descrived using a large-scale language model (LLM) such as Chat GPT, it should be clearly indicated as a “citation.
