第43回情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウムは、既に、ご案内の通りオンラインにて開催いたします。暫定プログラムは、こちらをご覧ください。

発表者各位におかれましては、ご自身でオンライン会議に必要なPC、マイク・スピーカー、ウェブカメラ、インターネット接続環境をご用意ください。オンラインシステムは、ZoomとRemoを予定しています。ご欠席されないようご予定おきいただきますとともに、共同研究者各位にご周知くださいますようお願いいたします。

参加費支払い：オンライン受付にて、発表者の方は、参加費（資料あり）【会員8,000円、会員外9,500円、学生5,000円】を11月18日までにお支払いください。

発表要領（論文・報告）： 一題当たり15分（発表12分、質疑応答3分）

AIJISA 2020 (The 43rd Symposium on Computer Technology of Information, Systems and Applications) will be held online, as previously announced. The tentative program can be found here (English version will be updated soon).

Presenters are requested to prepare their own PCs, microphones, speakers, webcams, and Internet connections for the online conference. The online systems will be Zoom and Remo. Please make sure not to miss this symposium and let your co-authors know about it.

Payment: At least one author must pay the registration fee with DVD proceedings at the online registration desk (8,000 yen for AIJ members, 9,500 yen for AIJ non-members, and 5,000 yen for students) by November 18, 2020.

The URL for the online meeting (Zoom etc.) will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of registration by the day before the symposium.

Presentation guidelines (Full and short papers): 15 minutes per paper (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A session)
Bell announcements: 1st bell: 11 minutes (announcement) / 2nd Bell: 12 minutes (end of presentation and start of Q&A session) / 3rd Bell: 15 minutes (end of Q&A session)
