第43回情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウムは、インタラクティブ発表を下記の要領で募集いたします（2019年よりスタート）。ふるってご応募ください。
原稿は、別途募集を行う「論文」と「報告」と同様、DVD-ROMで配布します。原稿は電子登録・投稿となります。カラー利用の制約はありません。また、論文・報告・インタラクティブ発表を合わせて、同一発表者での投稿は2件までとします。
下記は具体的な募集例となります。
◆研究開発のポスタープレゼン
情報化時代の研究発表会の醍醐味であるディスカッション・コミュニケーションの時間を多くとりたい、オーラルではまだ発表しづらい、論文・報告の投稿〆切後に新たな研究開発成果が得られた、などのケース。
◆IoTやxRやRoboticsの実機を使ったデモプレゼン
スライドだけのオーラルよりも実機を使ったプレゼンの方が、ディスカッション・コミュニケーションがスムーズに行える、などのケース。
◆デジタルファブリケーションの制作物の展示プレゼン
スライドだけのオーラルよりも成果の物を見る・体験して貰った方が、ディスカッション・コミュニケーションがスムーズに行える、などのケース。
◆コンピューテショナルデザインを使った作品プレゼン
建築情報学の応用事例を示すような実務プロジェクトや学生作品、などのケース。
但し、著しく商品の宣伝に偏るもの（題目に購入可能な商品名が入っている）、シンポジウム主旨からかけ離れていると判断されたものはご発表頂けない場合がありますのでご注意ください。
１．応募資格
筆頭著者は本会の正会員(個人) または準会員であること。但し、海外居住者、留学生が筆頭著者である場合は非会員でもよい。
２．インタラクティブ発表内容
(1) 基本的には論文／報告内容に準じるが、事前審査がないので、すべて著者の責任において作成すること。
(2) 斬新なアイデアや手法、価値あるデータやソフトウェアの開発、実用面に貢献する建築技術などを広く積極的に採用する。
３．執筆要領
(1) ホームページに執筆の書式を掲載する。[ Word ] [ PDF ]
(2) 原稿はA4判 1ページまたは2ページとする。要旨は必要としない。
４．日程
(1) 提出：2020年10月2日(金)までに、 電子投稿サイト (公開：9月25日-10月2日)に、下記の情報と原稿（PDF）を電子投稿サイト (Openconf) に入力して申し込む。ファイルサイズは4MB以下とする。
- インタラクティブ発表タイトル
- 全著者（本会会員番号、氏名、所属、国名、Eメールアドレス）
- 連絡先著者
- カテゴリー（1つ）
- キーワード（3～ 6 個）
- パスワード
- 発表形式：「A. ポスター」「B. デモ」「C. AとBの両方」のいずれかを電子投稿サイトの投稿部門に記入
５．発表要領
シンポジウムの期間中に、インタラクティブセッションを組織する。発表形式は、以下のいずれかとする。
A. ポスター：発表者はポスター（推奨: A0サイズ）と画びょうを持参して、ポスターを掲示し、対面発表を行う。主催者はポスターを掲示するためのパーティションを準備する。
B. デモ：発表者はノートPCや開発装置等を持参して、デモを実施しながら対面発表を行う。主催者は机と電源（OAタップ）を準備する。
C. ポスター&デモ：AとBの両方を実施する。
６．著作権等ならびに電子形態による公開
論文／報告に同じ。
７．注意事項など
(1) 内容が商業主義に偏したり、宣伝的色彩の濃いものは、情報システムシンポジウム論文WGの判断で、採用しないことがある。特に、タイトル、サブタイトルに固有の商品名・組織名の使用を避けること。
(2) DVD-ROM掲載ならびに発表にあたっては、情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウム参加費［資料あり］を支払う必要がある。
(3) インタラクティブ発表に提出されたものについては『日本建築学会論文集』『日本建築学会技術報告集』等に投稿できる。
(4) 「B.デモ」「C. ポスター&デモ」において、電源・搬入・設営の都合で大型機器などの一部機器はご使用頂けない場合があります。HMD・センサーなどの小型デバイス・一般販売されているPCはご使用頂けますが、特殊な機器をご予定の方は予めお問い合わせの上でご投稿ください。
追記（2020.9.25）
今年は、インタラクティブセッションもオンライン開催です。Web会議システムを利用して、ポスター発表（画面共有でのプレゼンテーション）、質疑応答を行います。開催の流れは以下の通りです。
- PR資料を事前にオンライン公開（任意）
- 全体会議室にて発表者全員が1分以内（時間は予定）でライトニングプレゼン
- 発表者は自身専用のWeb会議室に移動・参加者は視聴したい発表者のWeb会議室に移動
- 発表者は自身専用のWeb会議室にて、ポスター発表と質疑への応答を行う
- 参加者は各発表者のWeb会議室にて、ポスター発表の視聴と質疑を行う
- 発表者は自身専用のWeb会議室にそのまま待機・参加者は別の発表者のWeb会議室に移動
- ４・５・6を繰り返し、定刻になったら全体会議室にてクロージング
- ＊開催までに開催形式やシステムを変更する場合があります
AIJISA has started the interactive presentation session in 2019. The manuscript will be distributed on DVD-ROM as well as full and short papers. The author(s) use the electronic submission system for their application and paper submission. There are no color restrictions. In addition, up to two submissions by the same first author is accepted including full and short papers and interactive presentation.
The following are examples of the interactive presentation, but not limited to:
◆ Poster Presentation of your Research & Development
Authors who want to take much time for discussion and communication with the audience, and who feel difficult to present by regular oral slides are suitable. Also, authors who have obtained new research and development results after the deadline for submission of full and short papers.
◆ Demonstration Using Actual Devices and Systems of IoT, xR, and Robotics
Authors can make discussions and communication more smoothly with presentations using actual devices than oral slides only.
◆ Digital Fabrication Products
Authors can make discussions and communication more smoothly with digital fabrication deliverables than oral slides only.
◆ Computational Design Work
Authors of practical projects and student work using a computational design that shows application examples of architectural informatics.
The content in a paper should be neutral. If the content is biased towards commercialism or highly promotional colors, it may be rejected at the discretion of the paper selection committee. In particular, avoid using product names and organization names to titles and subtitles.
1. Author
The first author must be an AIJ regular member or student member (for undergraduate student) before an interactive presentation submission. However, the first author who lives in overseas or is an international student may NOT be AIJ member.

2. Contents
(1) An interactive presentation paper should clearly describe the background, objective, methodology, result, and conclusion related to digital applications, computational methods and Information technologies for architecture, building, urban and environmental design/engineering field. Since the interactive presentation papers have no review process, the papers must be revised according to changes required by the Paper Selection Committee.
(2) An interactive presentation paper is welcomed novel ideas and methods, development of valuable data and software, and practical architecture/building technologies.
3. Format
(1) Use the DOC/PDF template. [ Word ] [ PDF ]
(2) An interactive presentation paper must be 1 or 2 pages. The abstract is not necessary.
4. Important Dates
(1) Submission deadline: October 2, 2020, via Submission System (Open from Sep 25 to Oct 2)
Submit the information below via Openconf.
- Interactive Presentation title (same as paper title)
- Authors (AIJ Membership Number, Name, Organization, Country, E-mail)
- Contact Author (E-mail)
- Category (Pick only one category up)
- Keywords (3 – 6)
- Password
- Presentation style (A: Poster, B: Demonstration, C: Poster and Demonstration)
- Camera-ready copy of the interactive presentation (PDF)
5. Presentation Style
The Interactive Session will be organized for an hour during the symposium. The presentation style should be one of the following:
A. Poster: The author(s) bring the poster (Recommendation: A0 ) and tacks, and do their presentation. AIJ prepares a partition to bulletin the poster.
B. Demonstration: The author(s) bring their own PC and/or developed devices etc., and do their presentation using them. AIJ prepares a table and power-supply AC cable (100V).
C. Poster and Demonstration: Both A and B above.
(2) Each presentation time will be 15 – 20 minutes.
6. Copyrights
(1) Copyright belongs to the author(s). Editorial and publication rights belong to AIJ.
(2) Author(s) has a responsibility to get the permission of all the copyright when they use/cite software and copyrighted works of other authors if necessary.
(3) Author(s) should allow their paper of full pages to open on AIJ website and other websites AIJ permitted.
7. Others
(1) The content in a paper should be neutral. If the content is biased towards commercialism or highly promotional colors, it may be rejected at the discretion of the paper selection committee. In particular, avoid using product names and organization names to titles and subtitles.
(2) At least one author who will publish one’s accepted paper has to pay one’s registration fee with proceedings DVD.
(3) The accepted interactive presentation paper can be submitted to AIJ journal (Journal of Environmental Engineering, Journal of Structural and Construction Engineering and Journal of Architecture and Planning) and AIJ Journal of Technology and Design, etc.
(4) In the presentation styles of “B. Demo” and “C. Poster & Demo”, large-sized devices may not be used due to power supply, loading, and installation. Small devices such as HMDs and sensors and PCs can be used. If you plan to use special types of equipment, please contact us before submission.
Postscript (Sep.25, 2020)
This year’s interactive session will also be held online, using a web conferencing system for poster presentation (screen sharing) and Q&A. The flow of the session is as follows:
- Presentation materials are made available online in advance (optional)
- All presenters will give a short presentation of no more than one minute (presentation time: tentative) in the plenary session room.
- Each presenter goes to their own web conference room. The participants will go to the presenter’s room where they wish to view the presentation.
- Each presenter will give a poster presentation and answer questions at his or her own web conference room.
- The participants will stay in the presenter’s web conference room for viewing and questioning.
- Each presenter will stay in his or her own web conference room. The participants may move to another presenter’s web conference room.
- After the repetition of steps 4, 5, and 6, the meeting will end with the participants reconvening in the plenary session room at the end of the meeting.
- The format and system may change before the event.
