Call for Papers

情報シンポ 2020（第43回 情報・システム・利用・技術シンポジウム）では、建築・都市工学の進歩、建築・建設事業の発展、建築設計者・技術者の資質向上に寄与する論文／報告を下記の要領で募集いたします。ふるってご応募ください。

募集は「論文」「報告」「インタラクティブ発表」の3部門があり、ともにDVD-ROMで配布します。フォーマットは、2019年度より変更しておりますのでご注意ください。また、2018年より、論文・報告は全て電子登録・投稿となっています。カラー利用の制約はありません。また、論文・報告・インタラクティブ発表を合わせて、同一発表者での投稿は2 件までとします。発表セッションは、カテゴリー、キーワード、発表内容から組織します。各セッションには論文と報告の発表が含まれます。インタラクティブ発表は独立したセッションを組織します。
各部門の手続きは以下の通りです。

  • 論文部門
    • 7月10日　発表登録情報と論文原稿を電子投稿サイトより入力（申込み）・投稿
    • 9月中旬　査読結果の通知
    • 10月2日　最終原稿の投稿
    • 10月下旬　採択通知
  • 報告部門
    • 7月10日　発表登録情報を電子投稿サイトより入力（申込みのみ）
    • 10月2日　報告原稿の投稿
    • 10月下旬　採択通知
  • インタラクティブ発表
    • 10月2日　発表登録情報と発表原稿を電子投稿サイトより入力（申込み）・投稿

AIJISA 2020 (the 43rd Symposium on Computer Technology of Information, Systems and Applications) invites original research and practice papers to advance in architecture/urban design and engineering, to foster planning, design, construction and management field, and to improve qualities of designers and engineers. Authors can use English and Japanese as the languages of papers and presentations.

Papers are categorized three: Full paper with the full paper review process, short paper without a review process, and interactive presentation. The formats of full and short papers have been changed in 2019. All the accepted papers are included in conference proceedings (DVD-ROM). An author can submit up to two papers as the first author.

Presentation sessions are organized by category, keywords, and presentation contents. Every session includes the presentation of long and short papers. Interactive presentations organize an independent session. The procedures are as follows.

  • Long paper
    • July 10 Submission of a full paper manuscript and related information via the electric submission system
    • Mid-Sep Notification of acceptance after the peer-review process
    • Oct 2 Camera-ready submission
    • Late-Oct Notification of final acceptance
  • Short paper
    • July 10 Submission of manuscript title and authors information via the electric submission system (application only)
    • Oct 2 Camera-ready submission
    • Late-Oct Notification of final acceptance
  • Interactive presentation
    • Oct 2 Camera-ready submission
    • Late-Oct Notification of final acceptance
