情報シンポ 2021「STEP2 11月11日 開催方法の判断その2-1」の結果をお知らせします。

立命館大学様は11月8日よりBCPレベルが「1」に下がっております（ http://www.ritsumei.ac.jp/news/detail/?id=2296 ）。この状況を受けて、情報シンポ2021は、立命館大学 朱雀キャンパス+オンラインでのハイブリッド開催として、本格的に準備を進めていきます。

これより、STEP3として、発表者の皆様宛、対面発表（京都）かオンライン発表の意向調査を実施します。メールにてフォームをお送りします。

• 回答期限は、11月15日（月）17:00です。以降のプログラム決定に影響しますので、十分にご検討の上、ご回答をお願いします。
• 無回答の場合、運営者側で割り当てを行います。
• 複数のタイトルを発表される方は、1題の発表ごとにこの意向調査に回答してください。
• 尚、対面発表希望者が会場定員より多い場合は抽選とさせて頂きます。
• また、今後、感染状況が悪化した場合、フルオンラインに切り替えざるを得ないこともお含みおきください（情報シンポ開催 1週間前を最終目途と考えています）。

The result of the AIJISA 2021 “STEP2: Deciding on the method of holding AIJISA2021 Part 2-1” is announced.

We will be conducting a survey of presenters to determine whether they would like to present in person (Kyoto) or online. The form will be sent to the presenters by e-mail.

• The deadline for responses is Monday, November 15, 17:00. Please consider your answer carefully as it will affect the decision of the AIJISA 2021 program.
• If there is no response, the organizer will assign the title.
• If you are presenting more than one title, please answer this questionnaire for each presentation.
• If the number of applicants for face-to-face presentations exceeds the capacity of the venue, a lottery will be held.
• Please keep in mind that if the infection situation worsens, the organizer may have to switch to a full online system (we are planning to do this about one week before the symposium).
