Registration

• 今年度は、対面発表者、オンライン発表者、対面一般参加者（共著者含む）、オンライン一般参加者（共著者含む）の4つのカテゴリーにて参加申込みを受付しています。11月30日現在の状況は以下の通りです。| This year, we are accepting registrations in four categories: face-to-face presenters, online presenters, face-to-face general participants (including co-authors), and online general participants (including co-authors). The status as of November 30 is as follows.
  • 対面とオンラインとも・発表者（対面とオンラインとも）：参加申込み＆支払い期間は終わりました。未払いの発表者は速やかに事務局に相談してください。| For face-to-face presenters and online presenters: The registration and payment period has ended by Nov 29. Presenters who have not yet paid should contact the AIJ office as soon as possible.
  • 対面・一般参加者（共著者含む）：11/29正午にて事前申込み終了。当選者には本日11/30に個別にメール済みです。事務局から11/30に配信したURLにアクセスの上、正式申込み＆支払い手続きを行ってください。12月6日一杯まで。| Face-to-face general participants (including co-authors): Pre-registration ended at noon on 11/29. Winners have already been emailed individually today, 11/30. Please access the URL and make a formal application and payment until December 6.
  • オンライン・一般参加者（共著者含む）：11/30より12/6まで受付中です。こちらより手続きにお進みください。 | Online general participants (including co-authors): Applications are being accepted from 11/30 until 12/6. Please click here to go through the procedure.

Venue

• 対面会場である立命館大学朱雀キャンパスへのアクセス、感染症対策に関する諸注意を掲載しています。対面会場参加者は必ずご確認の上、対応をお願いします。| Access to the Suzaku Campus of Ritsumeikan University, the venue for the face-to-face meeting, and various precautions regarding infectious disease control are posted here. Please be sure to check the information before attending the face-to-face meeting.

Program

• 公式プログラムをアップしています。表中の各セッションをクリックすると、詳細な発表リストにジャンプします。| The official program has been uploaded. Click on each session in the table to jump to the detailed list of presentations.
• 対面+オンラインのハイブリッドセッション、および、フルオンラインセッションがございますので、ご確認ください。| Please note that there are hybrid sessions (face-to-face + online) and full online sessions.

Papers

• 107編の論文・報告・インタラクティブ発表、小委員会企画による研究集会やオーガナイズドセッションの詳細がご覧いただけます。発表者・司会者・Zoom担当者の方は、ご自身の名前の確認をお願いします。| You can find details of 107 long and short papers, and interactive & sponsors presentations, as well as special sessions and organized sessions planned by subcommittees. If you are a presenter, chairperson, or Zoom staff, please check your name.

Participation & Presentation

• 対面会場参加の注意事項、論文・報告・インタラクティブ部門での発表・聴講と質疑の要領を記載します。対面参加・オンライン参加でのZoomの名前の付け方、Zoomのビデオ・マイク・スピーカーの設定方法が書かれてあります。| It contains notes for face-to-face venue participation, and guidelines for presenting and listening and asking questions in the long and short papers, and Interactive presentations. It also describes how to name Zoom for in-person and online participation, and how to set up Zoom video, microphone, and speakers.
• 今年は、質疑の方法として、口頭とSlackを使用します。Slackのアクセスは参加登録者に別途、送付します。| This year, we will use oral and Slack for questions, and access to Slack will be sent separately to registered participants.

Keynote Speakers

• 12/9 9:15-12:00 建築家や建築教育のためのヒューマニティDX：米国より、ジェシー・ライザー + 梅本奈々子氏と阿部仁史教授をお招きし、プレゼンテーションとパネルディスカッションを行います。| 12/9 9:15-12:00 JST Humanitarian Digital Transformation for architects and architectural education: Invited Jesse Reiser + Nanako Umemoto and Professor Hitoshi Abe from the U.S. for a presentation and panel discussion.
• 12/10 14:50-17:30 建築・都市のDX：国土交通省 内山 裕弥氏、ダッソー・システムズ 熊野 和久氏、 建設ITワールド 家入 龍太をお招きし、プレゼンテーションとパネルディスカッションを行います。| 12/10 14:50-17:30 JST DX in Architecture and Urbanism: Mr. Yuya Uchiyama, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Mr. Kazuhisa Kumano, Dassault Systemes, and Ryota Ieiri, Construction IT World will be invited for a presentation and panel discussion.
• いずれも、対面会場は4階ホール、オンライン会場はZoom-1のハイブリッドで実施します。| The face-to-face session will be held in the hall on the 4th floor, and the online session will be held in a hybrid format using Zoom-1.

Award

• 若手優秀発表賞の要項を示します。若手優秀発表賞の表彰式は、情報シンポ2021期間中（12/10 17:30-）に行いますので、候補者の方は必ずご出席ください。| The following are the guidelines for the AIJISA Young Presentation Award. The award ceremony for the Young Presentation Award will be held during the Information Symposium 2021 (12/10 17:30-). All candidates must attend the ceremony.

Decision Flow

• 情報シンポ 2021の開催方法の判断基準を示します。11/30現在、STEP6です。| The following is a list of criteria for determining how to hold the AIJISA 2021, which as of 11/30 is STEP 6.

In addition to exhibiting their booths in the face-to-face venue, they will be presenting their latest solutions for the architectural field during the Interactive Sponsor Session (Dec. 10, 11:00-) and Networking (Dec. 9, 18:30-19:00).
