情報シンポ2021 プログラム（仮レイアウト版）を以下にアップしました。

１．発表者の皆様は、ご自身の発表スケジュールをご確認ください。プログラムのレイアウトは今後進めて参ります。現時点でのアップの主な趣旨は、発表者がご自身の発表スケジュールと発表方法を確認して頂き、11/22以降の参加申込＆支払いの準備をはじめて頂くためとなります。以下、補足説明となります。

  • ハイブリッド（背景：うすいピンク）：発表者は対面会場での発表となります。司会者も対面会場で進行します。一般参加者（共著者含む）は、対面＋ZOOMで聴講できます。但し、インタラクティブ発表は、対面発表とオンライン発表者が混ざったセッションとなっています。
  • オンラインのみ（背景：うすいブルー）：発表者はオンライン（ZOOM）での発表となります。司会者もオンラインで進行します。一般参加者（共著者含む）は、オンライン（ZOOM）で聴講できます。対面会場でもオンライン（ZOOM）接続が必要となります。

２．発表者の参加申込み＆支払い期間は、11月22日～29日です。プロシーディングズ掲載ならびに発表にあたり、発表者は「情報･システム･利用･技術シンポジウム参加費［資料あり］」を、11月29日までに、お支払い頂く必要があります。期日までにお支払い頂けない場合、掲載できない場合がございますので、ご了承ください。

３．共著者の方は、以下をご確認ください。

9月23日、論文投稿・報告申込の電子サイトが再オープンしました。論文・報告の最終原稿投稿用、インタラクティブセッションの申込みと最終原稿投稿用になります。〆切は10月1日となります。ご注意ください。

論文投稿・報告申込結果について

7月9日〆切とさせて頂いた、論文投稿・報告申込結果をお知らせします。
論文投稿27件、報告申込94件、計121件となりました。
昨年度の同時期は、計119件でしたので、若干増えております。

論文部門に投稿された方：これより全文査読プロセスに入ります。
結果は、9月中旬に通知いたします。

報告部門に申込みされた方：最終原稿は10月1日〆切です。

また、インタラクティブ発表は、申込み、最終原稿投稿とも10月1日〆切です。
論文投稿・報告申込を逃された方も是非、ご検討ください。

Results of Full Paper Submission and Short Paper Application

We would like to inform you of the results of the full paper application and short paper application, which were due on July 9.
There were 27 full paper submissions and 94 short paper applications, for a total of 121.
The number of submissions is slightly higher than that of the previous year, which was 119.

Full Paper Section: The full-text review process will now begin.
You will be notified of the results in mid-September.

Short Paper Section: Final manuscripts are due by October 1.

Interactive Presentation Section: the deadline for both application and final manuscript submission is October 1.
If you have missed the deadline for full paper submission or short paper application, please consider it.

論文･報告･インタ…

情報シンポ2021より、論文･報告･インタラクティブ発表のフォーマットを若干変更し、姓（Last Name）を全て大文字とすることになりました。情報シンポでは、日本語と英語の2か国語を使用しており、さらに、姓（Last Name）と名（First Name）の順番が入れ替わっているため、より多くの人々が姓と名の対応を理解できるようにするためです。ご対応のほど、よろしくお願いします。

Starting with AIJISA 2021, the format for full and short papers and interactive presentations has been slightly changed. The last name is now in all capital letters. This is to allow more people to understand the correspondence between the first and last names, since the AIJISA uses two languages, Japanese and English, and the order of the last name and first name is switched. Thank you in advance for your support.

プロシーディングスDVDの廃止・オンライン頒布について

2012年以降、プロシーディングスを印刷物からDVDに変更して有料頒布してまいりましたが、情報シンポ2021よりDVDを廃止して、オンラインでの頒布に切り替えます。近年、以下のような課題がありました。

  • プロシーティングスをDVDとして制作すると在庫を抱えてしまい、論文の完全公開まで時間がかかってしまう。出版後、できるだけ早く完全公開したい。
  • オンライン開催、ハイブリッド開催を進めるにあたり、物理的なDVDの発送等、困難な状況が発生している。
  • 2020年はフルオンライン開催であり、DVD発送のために参加申込みを早めに締め切る必要があった。一方、申込み締切をできるだけ遅らせたいというニーズもある。

今年度より、以下とさせていただきます。

  • DVDの制作を廃止します。プロシーディングスは、これまで同様マスター版を作成の上、オンラインで公開します。
  • プロシーディングのオンライン頒布方法については、引き続き、検討します。
  • 物理的なDVDを希望される方に対して、別料金での対応を検討します。

尚、1978年からの過去のプロシーディングスについては、以下に公開しています。

Discontinuation of the proceedings DVD and Online distribution

Since 2012, we have been distributing the AIJISA proceedings as DVDs instead of printed materials for a fee, but from AIJISA 2021, we will discontinue the DVD and switch to online distribution. In recent years, we have faced the following challenges.

  • If we produce the proceedings as DVDs, we will have to hold inventory and it will take time to fully publish the papers. We want to make it available as soon as possible after publication.
  • As we move forward with the hybrid type symposium, including online, we are facing difficulties in shipping physical DVDs.
  • Last year, AIJISA 2020 was fully online, and it was necessary to close the registration early in order to send DVDs. On the other hand, there is a need to delay the registration deadline as much as possible.

From this year, the following changes will be made.

  • We will discontinue the production of DVDs. The proceedings will be made available online after the master version is created as before.
  • We will continue to consider the method of online distribution of the proceedings.
  • For those who wish to receive a physical DVD, we will consider charging an extra fee.

Past proceedings since 1978 are available below.
