情報シンポ2021…

情報シンポ2021に参加頂いた皆様へ
情報シンポ2021に参加くださり、本当にありがとうございました。
コロナの感染状況の変化など色々と落ち着かない中で、立命館大学朱雀キャンパス+オンラインでのハイブリッド・カンファレンスへのご賛同と参加、感謝申し上げます。対面会場とオンライン会場で220名以上が参加されました。

参加登録されたメール宛に、アンケート（グーグルフォームのURL）を依頼させて頂きました。今後の情報シンポに向けて、ご協力の程よろしくお願いします。

• DAY1 基調講演（12/9（木）9:15～12:00）では、同時通訳（英⇔日）を導入します。Zoomの同時通訳機能の使い方について、オープニングセッション（9:15～）で説明しますので、ご参加ください。

  • Questions and answers after keynote speeches and general presentations at AIJISA 2021 will be asked orally and via Slack (not using Zoom’s chat function). Slack allows for questions and other exchanges even after the session is over.

情報シンポ2021の参加申込み受付の時期が近づいて参りました。Registrationのページに記載通り、以下のカテゴリーで募集します。

1, 2については、11/11-15に実施した意向調査を踏まえてプログラムを近々公開します。

• 第44回情報・システム・利用・技術シンポジウムは会場（立命館大学朱雀キャンパス）＋オンライン（Zoom）での開催を予定しております。シンポジウムでのご発表者以外の【一般参加者（共著者含む）】の方で、会場（立命館大学）での参加を希望される方は、以下の必要事項をご入力のうえ抽選にお申込みください。尚、定員以上のお申込みがあった場合に抽選となります。
• 抽選の受付期間は11月22日午前～11月29日正午まで、です。
• 抽選結果は、11月30日中にメールにてお知らせいたします。
• 抽選に当選された方は、別途、参加申込みが必要です。抽選結果通知メール内に記載されている参加申込みページのURLにアクセスのうえお申し込みください。
• 【一般参加者（共著者含む）】の方の会場参加の定員は25名です。
• 会場での参加希望者が、定員の25名を超えた場合は抽選となります。

情報シンポ2021…

情報シンポ2021の準備にご協力くださり、ありがとうございます。昨日11/15までに発表者・スポンサーの意向調査を実施しました。現在、公式プログラムを作成中です。以降のスケジュールを以下にお伝えさせて頂きますので、参加申込み＆お支払いの準備のほどよろしくお願いします。Registrationの情報を公開しました。

既にご案内のとおり、情報シンポ2021より、物理的なDVDプロシーディングの頒布を廃止して、オンラインでの頒布となります。

• STEP4 11月16日- プログラムの公開
  • 対面セッション、オンラインセッション別としたプログラムを作成して、公開します。
• STEP5 11月22日 発表者の参加申込・支払受付開始
  • 発表者あてに、参加申込・支払受付を開始します。対面参加、オンライン参加別となりますので、ご注意ください。尚、支払い期日（11月29日）までに支払われない場合は論文を掲載できませんので特にご注意ください。
• STEP6 11月30日 共著者・一般参加者の参加申込・支払受付開始
  • 共著者・一般参加者あてに、参加申込・支払受付を開始します（12月6日まで）。対面参加、オンライン参加別となりますので、ご注意ください。
• STEP7 12月3日（予定） 申込者あてプロシーディングズの公開
  • 申込者に対して、プロシーディング（情報シンポ2021論文集）を限定公開します。

Thank you for your cooperation in the preparations for the AIJISA 2021. We have conducted a survey of the intentions of presenters and sponsors by yesterday, November 15. We are now preparing the official program. The registration website is now open.

As we have already announced, starting from AIJISA 2021, we will no longer distribute physical DVD proceedings but will distribute them online.

• STEP4 November 16-: Program release
  • We will create and publish a program with separate face-to-face and online sessions.
• STEP5 November 22: Start accepting registrations and payments from presenters
  • We will start accepting registrations and payments from presenters. Please note that there is a separate site for face-to-face participation and online participation. Please note that if payment is not made by the due date Nov. 29, the paper will not be published.
• STEP6 November 30: Start accepting registrations and payments from co-authors and general participants
  • We will start accepting registrations and payments for co-authors and general participants (by Dec. 6). Please note that face-to-face participation and online participation will be separated.
• STEP7 December 3: Release of proceedings to applicants (limited)
  • The proceedings of AIJISA 2021 will be released to applicants on a limited basis.

情報シンポ2021…

情報シンポ 2021「STEP2 11月11日 開催方法の判断その2-1」の結果をお知らせします。

立命館大学様は11月8日よりBCPレベルが「1」に下がっております（ http://www.ritsumei.ac.jp/news/detail/?id=2296 ）。この状況を受けて、情報シンポ2021は、立命館大学 朱雀キャンパス+オンラインでのハイブリッド開催として、本格的に準備を進めていきます。

これより、STEP3として、発表者の皆様宛、対面発表（京都）かオンライン発表の意向調査を実施します。メールにてフォームをお送りします。

• 回答期限は、11月15日（月）17:00です。以降のプログラム決定に影響しますので、十分にご検討の上、ご回答をお願いします。
• 無回答の場合、運営者側で割り当てを行います。
• 複数のタイトルを発表される方は、1題の発表ごとにこの意向調査に回答してください。
• 尚、対面発表希望者が会場定員より多い場合は抽選とさせて頂きます。
• また、今後、感染状況が悪化した場合、フルオンラインに切り替えざるを得ないこともお含みおきください（情報シンポ開催 1週間前を最終目途と考えています）。

The result of the AIJISA 2021 “STEP2: Deciding on the method of holding AIJISA2021 Part 2-1” is announced.

We will be conducting a survey of presenters to determine whether they would like to present in person (Kyoto) or online. The form will be sent to the presenters by e-mail.

• The deadline for responses is Monday, November 15, 17:00. Please consider your answer carefully as it will affect the decision of the AIJISA 2021 program.
• If there is no response, the organizer will assign the title.
• If you are presenting more than one title, please answer this questionnaire for each presentation.
• If the number of applicants for face-to-face presentations exceeds the capacity of the venue, a lottery will be held.
• Please keep in mind that if the infection situation worsens, the organizer may have to switch to a full online system (we are planning to do this about one week before the symposium).

情報シンポ 2021「STEP1 10月20日 開催方法の判断その1」の結果をお知らせします。

第1候補である、立命館大学様は、10月20日現在、BCPレベル2ということで、情報シンポ2021の開催地はこのまま、立命館大学を第1候補として進めることになりました。

次回の判断は、「STEP2-1 11月11日 開催方法の判断その2-1」となります。

The result of the AIJISA 2021 “STEP1: October 20 Decisions on how to hold the AIJISA 2021 Part 1” is announced.

As of October 20, Ritsumeikan University, the first candidate, is at BCP Level 2, and we have decided to proceed with Ritsumeikan University as the first candidate for the venue of the AIJISA 2021.
The next decision will be made in “STEP2-1: November 11, Decision on the venue method, Part 2-1.
